About ULES ARB
The Academic & Research Board of the University of Lagos Engineering Society (ULES ARB) is the intellectual engine of the Faculty of Engineering. Formed in 2018 under the auspices of ULES, ARB is charged with safeguarding academic excellence, providing peer mentorship, and fostering competitive undergraduate research across all engineering disciplines.
Operating with a mission to eliminate academic failure and stimulate high-impact scholarship, the Board orchestrates extensive semester-long tutorial programs, comprehensive archive libraries of past examination questions, and exam preparation masterclasses. Beyond foundational coursework, ARB organizes the prestigious Faculty-Wide Academic Quiz and matches ambitious undergraduates with faculty mentors and research laboratories, equipping students to publish in national and international journals and dominate collegiate STEM competitions.
